The new directors are Dr. James Breakall, WA3FET, Charles B. Kirmuss, W0CKB, Carl J. Mathis, Donald E. Root, Jr., K6CDO, Dr. Julio Urbina, KB3PZH, Bill Waugamann, WA3OJG, and Jane Winter. The new Vice President will be David Bart, KB9YPD, Chester 'Barney' School, Jr, K3LA, will be Vice President/Counsel, Ronald J. 'Ron' Jakubowski, K2RJ will be Treasurer and Margaret J. Lyons, P.E. will be Secretary.

The History:
The first commercial broadcast in the U.S. took place on Nov. 2, 1920. Pittsburgh radio station KDKA broadcast the presidential election results of the Harding-Cox election , making this the first commercial broadcast.
